Justin Halsall is a young creative web-designer/developer from the Netherlands who likes to take initiative and start his own projects. Together with his friend Padraig Mckee he started a small company called MIND Productions and launched the start of his career in web.
Now a specialist in dynamic, database driven sites he likes to use semantic XHTML and CSS for the layouts of his websites. This allows his sites to be fast and accessible for people with disabilities.
